Refunds & Digital Downloads Policy

1. Digital nature of products

All products are digital files (CAD models and drawings) delivered by download. There is no physical shipment.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU)

For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply after the download begins, provided you gave explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right to withdraw. We collect that consent at checkout.

3. When refunds are possible

• Before any download – if you purchased by mistake or changed your mind.
• Duplicate order or double charge.
• Corrupt/defective download that we cannot reasonably fix within a short timeframe.
• Payment fraud/unauthorized use (after verification).

4. When refunds are not possible

• After any of the purchased files have been downloaded.
• For sale or discounted items where terms state “final”.
• For inability to use files due to unsupported software/hardware if formats listed on the product page were accurate.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@papacad.com with: order number, email used for purchase, and short reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
