1. Who we are

Papacad.com is an online store providing downloadable 3D models and 2D production drawings (CAD) for mechanical engineering projects. All content is original and created with licensed software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor 2014 or later). papacad

2. Accounts & access

No account is required to browse. Purchasing may require providing contact and billing details. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activities under your account.

3. Payments, VAT & invoicing

We accept card payments and payment gateways (e.g., PayPal/Stripe). EU VAT is applied as required by law; invoices are issued electronically. Order is completed once payment is confirmed.

4. Digital delivery

Products are digital downloads delivered as links immediately after payment (and by email). Download limits and expiry may apply to protect against abuse.

5. Prohibited use of the site

Do not inject malicious code, overload servers, impersonate the brand, or post unlawful/offensive content. papacad

6. Intellectual property

All site content and trademarks are owned by Papacad. You receive a license to use CAD files under the 3D Model License, not ownership of the files.

7. Engineering disclaimer

CAD designs are provided “as is”. You must verify fitness, strength, joints, tolerances, safety and local regulations before manufacturing or use. Papacad is not liable for misuse or unsafe fabrication. papacad

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papacad shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages; direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
