Gantry Crane Designs: A-Frame, 2-Ton and 10-Ton
Three mobile gantry crane plans cover different loads and budgets. The free A-frame gantry crane with a manual chain hoist is the quickest way to start and to check the file quality. The 2-ton gantry crane plans give a 5.5 m span and lifting height for a garage or small fabrication shop, and the 10-ton gantry crane is sized for heavy workshop and yard lifting.
Jib, Overhead and Shop Crane Drawings
For fixed lifting points there is a floor-mounted jib crane with an electric hoist rated for 2000 kg, a 1-ton single girder overhead crane and a 900 kg pneumatic hoist bridge crane. Where the crane has to move around the shop, the 2-ton foldable hydraulic crane and the 1100 kg foldable shop crane fold away when not in use.
Scissor Lift Table CAD Designs from 500 to 1200 kg
The scissor lift group runs from a 500 kg adjustable work platform through the 1000 kg hydraulic scissor table to a 1200 kg scissor platform with XLS calculations. These hydraulic lift table plans show the scissor arms, pivots, platform frame and cylinder mounting, so you can adapt the height or capacity to your own application.
Conveyor CAD Designs: Belt, Cleated and Screw Conveyors
For moving material rather than lifting it, the collection includes a free belt conveyor with drive motor and control box, a cleated belt conveyor for inclined transport and a screw conveyor with inlet hopper for bulk material feeding.
Lifting Clamp CAD Designs and Handling Tools
Smaller lifting tools designs complete the range: a vertical pipe lifting clamp for pipes, bars and tubes, a drum lifting clamp for barrels, log lifting tongs, a free scissor sling and a roll lifting beam for paper and film rolls. For safe access at height there is also a movable platform ladder rated for 400 kg.
