Filling Machine CAD Design and Food Processing Equipment
The largest group are machines for small-scale food and liquid production. The volumetric filling machine is a full project with a pneumatic cylinder and fabrication drawings, and the spool valve is the directional filling valve used in dosing machines of this type. Alongside them are a manual doughnut jelly filler with a lever valve, a rotary separator with star wheel discs for bottling lines and a stainless steel pressure cooking tank with basket. Together they show how dosing machine design handles hygiene, valves and repeatable portions.
Mechanism CAD Models and Drive Designs
Several projects focus on a single mechanism you can reuse in your own machines: a friction-drive level wind mechanism for winding cable evenly, a free ball screw gripper drive rated for 5000 N, a disc cutter with HTD belt drive and a laser sensor mount.
