This volumetric filling machine CAD design uses foot pedal-actuated pneumatic control to accurately dose liquids like detergents, syrups, juices, or industrial oils into jars. The operator manually positions the jar and presses the foot pedal, which triggers two pneumatic valves: one drives the main dosing tube piston to push out the preset volume, and a second directional spool valve opens and closes the liquid outlet. Built with FESTO pneumatic actuators and a stainless steel (1.4301) chamber, this design is ideal for small production runs or lab use.
