This policy applies to all digital products sold on papacad.com, including CAD models, drawings, PDFs, and project files.

2. Easy & Fair Refunds

We want every customer to be fully satisfied.
If something is wrong with your digital file, incomplete, not as described, or you simply have a valid reason — you can request a refund even if the file has already been downloaded.

Your satisfaction comes first.

3. Problems With the File?

If the file is:

  • corrupted,
  • incomplete,
  • different from the description,
  • or fails to open correctly,

you can choose:

  • a corrected file,
  • a replacement, or
  • a full refund.

4. Timeframe for Refund Requests

You can request a refund within 14 days from your purchase date.
We may ask for a short explanation so we can improve our products.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, card, Stripe, etc.).
Processing time: 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • the email used during purchase,
  • a brief description of the issue.

We reply within 24–48 hours.
